Yes, my services include price negotiation! While some realtors may be happy with a list price offer, a legal contract is much more complex than a price and a signature. You will want someone knowledgeable of the process, who can guide you and work on your behalf ensuring you are getting the best deal possible.

Is Staging Important?

Yes, staging is one of my free services and is a strategic element when selling a new listing, significantly influencing buyer perception and overall market appeal. Staged homes typically sell faster and achieve a higher selling price.

Question 4

How Will You Market My Home?

My marketing service is included when you list with me and I'll create and facilitate all the print and digital marketing for your home.  I also include my photography and video services for free when marketing your home.  Your home will be featured on my website, will be pushed to commercial real estate websites and the local MLS.  I'll also advertise your home in targeted print media and direct mail postcards.

What Happens At A Closing?

The closing typically takes place at an attorney's office, or another agreed-upon location. Both parties should have a representative present to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that the transfer of ownership is executed correctly. The closing costs, which may include lender fees, title insurance, and other expenses, are settled during this phase.

What Is A Contract Contingency?

With this provision written into a contract, the buyer  has the opportunity to enlist professionals to thoroughly inspect the property for potential issues, like structural concerns or hidden defects.  If any significant problems emerge during the inspection, I'll assist you in negotiating repairs, a price reduction, or even opting out of the deal without any financial repercussions.

Do You Hand Me Off To A Teammate Or Are You My Primary Point Of Contact?

As your realtor I am your primary point of contact and will be with you every step of the way.  You will have my direct phone number and email address and we'll be in contact often from our first meeting all the way through closing and afterwards.
